With us, your dog sleeps in your room, can accompany you to the restaurant on a lead and has plenty of space outside to run around, sniff and explore. From the fenced-in play area and practical services such as food bowl rental and dog walking bags to individual care from our dog whisperer Eva Windisch – we have thought of everything to make your vacation special for you and your dog.
And best of all, our farm dog Klausi has personally tested everything – and found it to be very good.

Dog behavior therapist Eva Windisch
On request, Eva Windisch, renowned dog trainer and author, is available for you and your dog at the Arthurhaus. Her focus: deepening bonds, gently solving problems – and understanding dogs better.
Leash pulling, fearfulness, barking, aggression, barking or restlessness – many of these issues can be worked on particularly well here in the peaceful surroundings of the Hochkönig. Even small everyday worries such as behavior in the restaurant can be trained in a practical way on site.
Eva Windisch works absolutely non-violently and is guided by the latest scientific and biological findings in behavioral research.
There they stand: the famous four huts – which are actually five. One was destroyed by an avalanche, two were rebuilt later – and so the architecture alone tells of the power of nature and the history of this special place.
