The Arthurhaus is located directly in the skiing area – from the parlor in the hotel to the Hochkeil summit it is barely 7 minutes. There you can expect a magnificent panoramic view of the Tennengebirge, Dachstein, Sonnblick, Großglockner, Venediger group and the Hochkönig massif rising in the immediate vicinity. In addition to varied natural snow sl opes from gentle hills to steep slopes, numerous deep snow descents await you, which are best explored with our ski instructors.

Our ski area with 5 lifts and cross-country ski trail right outside the front door, is especially popular with families with children. Generous and gentle slopes, as well as the supervision of our experienced children’s ski instructors, make the first skiing attempts child’s play. Friendly lift attendants, as well as a modern platter lift and banana lift, bring the children effortlessly to the top. An umbrella bar with toilet facilities directly on the slopes, ensure a carefree day of skiing.
The hotel is located directly in the ski area, so children can easily ski alone, so that mom and dad can also relax properly.

When the skiing is at rest, balconies and deckchairs invite you to sunbathe in peace and quiet. With a colorful “Winter gentle” program, the head of the house brings them closer to the most beautiful sides of the Hochkönig with the snowshoes. In the evening you can end the day by the crackling fire of the fireplace.
